Group Sales Director & Member of Executive Board / Danieli Group
Andrea Diasparro has been graduated as Mechanical Engineering Technician and has more than 25 years of experience in the Metal Industry, particularly in the Rolling Mill field and Steelmaking, starting his career in the Engineering Department.
From Engineering division, He has moved to Project Office, acquiring an extensive experience on Site activities, such as Erection & Commissioning, also being in charge of Project implementation as Site Manager. He has gained wide experience in purchasing and procurement of plants and technologies, worldwide.
Since 2007, he has joined Danieli & C., working in the proposal department of the Danieli Morgardshammar Bar & Wire Rod mill division, becoming head of the department, being appointed Vice President, Sales.
From September 2013 ha has moved to Key Account Management, in charge of Marketing Strategies & Business Development in the Turkish and MENA Regions for all Product Divisions of Danieli Group
In August 2017, has been promoted as Technical & Sales Director, in charge of Marketing Strategies & Business
Development for Turkey, Africa, Middle East and India, looking after all different products of Danieli Group.
In December 2022, he has been appointed Executive Vice President and Group Sales Director, enlarging his responsibilities in the Business Development & Marketing Strategies to the whole Key Account Management and Area Management, worldwide.
He has gained large experience as Industrial Engineering Technician in the Electro-Mechanical field, with extensive skills in process evaluation, technical specification evaluation, cost control estimation & process improvement, systems integration, knowledge of technical drawing and design, process modeling, plant erection.
His competences include geo-political analysis, international trading and financing institutions proficient communication to assess project feasibility.
Since May 2024 he is Member of Danieli Executive Board.
