Mr. Mürsel AKBULUT has been working as a Revenue Expert in the Carbon Pricing Department within the Directorate of Climate Change since September 2022. He is responsible for the National Emissions Trading System and Legislation.

Mürsel AKBULUT, Eylül 2022’den bu yana İklim Değişikliği Başkanlığı bünyesinde Karbon Fiyatlandırma Dairesinde Gelir Uzmanı olarak görev yapmaktadır. Ulusal Emisyon Ticaret Sistemi (ETS) ve ETS Mevzuatından sorumludur.
